NHS ERP · updated November 5, 2026

NHS ERP is the internal operations system of Noble Harbor Sciences. It is used by Noble Harbor Sciences staff and by the partners and customers they invite. This page explains what the system keeps about the people who sign in to it.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, and the role and permissions an administrator gave your account.
- If you choose Continue with Google, Google confirms your email address and shares your name and profile picture. We ask Google for nothing else — no access to your mail, files or contacts.
- The records you create while you work: orders, production and quality records, documents and notes.
- Basic sign-in and activity logs, kept so changes to business records can be traced to who made them.
How it is used
Only to sign you in, to show you the parts of the system your role allows, and to run Noble Harbor Sciences's operations. Information from Google is used for sign-in and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Noble Harbor Sciences staff with the right permissions. The service providers that host the system and send its email process it on Noble Harbor Sciences's behalf.
Your choices
You can stop using Google sign-in at any time from your Google Account settings. To correct your details or close your account, contact the Noble Harbor Sciences administrator who invited you.
